Why We Enable Early Access API Automatically

Safeguard might sometimes require specific Beta API endpoints and capabilities that are only available through the Early Access API. Real-time threat detection and response mechanisms

Without Early Access API access, Safeguard would operate with limited functionality, potentially leaving gaps in your configuration backups.

What This Means for Your Organization

When you add an organization to Safeguard, the Early Access API enablement happens seamlessly in the background. You'll immediately have access to all Safeguard features without additional configuration steps. We recommend you do not disable this feature in Meraki, as this can impact Safeguard operations.
