Overview

Your workspace is your central hub for all Boundless products, and integrations. As an administrator, you have access to settings that help you manage access security, organize team members, and configure your environment.

This guide covers the key functions you'll use to keep your workspace running smoothly.

Before You Begin

Make sure you're logged in and have Owner permissions for your workspace.

Key Management Functions

Accessing Workspace Settings

Click the gear icon in the platform interface to access all workspace management functions.

Core workspace settings

Customize your workspace

  • Rename your workspace to match your organization's or team's naming conventions

Manage your team

  • Invite new team members to your workspace
  • Define access levels for each user to control what they can see and do

Set security policies

  • Define and enforce security policies to keep your environment secure

Working with Multiple Workspaces

Switch between workspaces

  • If you have access to multiple workspaces, click on your current workspace name to switch to another one
  • Set a default workspace so you always land in your preferred environment when you sign in

Managing Your Account

Access personal settings

  • Click on your profile image to access your personal account settings and log out option
