You may need to disconnect a Cisco Meraki organization from your workspace for various reasons—whether you're restructuring your organization, decommissioning assets, or simply cleaning up your account. Boundless makes this process quick and straightforward, giving you complete control over your connected organizations.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have a Cisco Meraki organization currently connected to your Boundless workspace.

Steps to Disconnect Your Organization

1. Go to the Organizations page

Navigate to the Organizations page where all your connected organizations are listed.

2. Disconnect the organization

Find the organization you want to remove and click the Disconnect button next to it. The organization will be removed immediately.Important: If your organization is currently added to a product, we recommend removing it from the product first before disconnecting it from your workspace. This prevents unnecessary email and dashboard alerts and avoids disrupting any active workflows.

Your workspace now accurately reflects your current operational structure. You can reconnect this organization at any time by following the connection process.
